In the General Management Talent Programme you will take the fast lane towards general management. To reach your goals quickly, we will facilitate personal and professional growth in two steps.

To find out which field suits you best, you will start with an orientation phase in which you will work on two challenging projects. Often they relate to Insurance, but they may also focus on Marketing, Sales or Process Improvement. All projects will provide you with responsibility from day one. Some examples:

• Process Redesign & Cost Control

Once more skilled, you will choose a two-year position to increase your knowledge, skills and network. You have ample opportunities, such as:

To join the programme, you need a Masters degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.

But even more important is the kind of person you are. And you won’t be on your own. You will benefit from active personal guidance and on-the-job coaching from your career officer from Human Resources and your first line managers. Together you will make an annual tailor-made plan of your learning activities and future career steps to help you grow.
