- First line management course
- Course on the basics of Financial Services.
Possibility of doing extra courses on pensions, casualty- or income
insurances.
Guidance
And you won’t be on your own. You will benefit
from active personal guidance and on-the-job coaching from your
career officer from Human Resources and your first line managers.
Together you will make an annual tailor-made plan of your learning
activities and future career steps to help you grow.
